Shipping & Returns

Standard Delivery Information

EnhanceYours.com uses a number of different methods (outlined below) to delivery orders to its customers.

We currently deliver to the UK, the Rest of Europe and the Rest of the World.

An email is received when an order has been dispatched and will contain a tracking number for most orders.

Most orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched that same day. All orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched next working day. We do not ship any order on a Saturday or Sunday. All orders ship Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Most UK orders include FREE shipping as we absorb the cost for you. We use the following postal services. 

Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded (UK only)

Interlink DPD (UK & European)

Royal Mail AirSure (Rest of the World)

Shipping charges start from FREE to a maximum of £35.00.

 

 

How Long Does Delivery Normally Take?

UK & European bound deliveries will be dispatched from our warehouses (in the south of the UK) within 24 hours.

Shipping time within the UK is 1-3 days.

Shipping time to European countries is 2-5 days.

Shipping time to the rest of the world is 5-10 days.

Of course the above delivery times can vary depending on adverse weather, postal strikes and other events out of our control.

 

 

Returns Information

The returns procedure for your product depends on how long it is since you bought it.

To initiate the returns process you must fill in the returns request form. This form can be found by clicking here

The returns instructions will be emailed to you once the returns request has been submitted to us and will contain an RMA number that must be placed on the outside of the returned parcel also.

We also advise that you get a receipt when returning your item by post.

EnhanceYours.com will not pay the postal fee for the return item however we will pay for the replacement item shipping fees.

 

Less than 14 days

If you are unhappy with the product you purchased from us online; and provided you haven't used it or opened it, you can return it to us for a full refund. This should be done within 14 days of receipt of the product. This is in accordance with and exceeds the Distance Sales Regulations requirement.

Less than 30 days

If your product becomes faulty within the first 30 days of purchase, then you are entitled to a fully boxed replacement product or a refund - whichever you prefer. To avail of either a refund or a new replacement product, you must send your accessory back to us.

More than 30 days

If your product becomes faulty after 30 days and it is within the warranty period applicable to the product, you can return it to us provided the fault is not excluded under the terms of the warranty, we will give you an immediate replacement.

As a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
