Shipping Information
EnhanceYours.com uses a number of different methods (outlined below) to delivery orders to its customers.
We deliver to the UK, Ireland & the rest of Europe.
All customers will be able to track and trace their orders via a link in the automated order email. This email is received when an order has been dispatched.
Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched that same day. All orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched next working day. We do not ship any order on a Saturday or Sunday. All orders ship Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
Royal Mail Standard Service Used
Certain deliveries are FREE to the UK mainland.

Courier Services Used
We offer a courier service within the UK and to other European countries on all orders.
Certain larger products can only be shipped using courier due to weight restrictions within the UK.
Delivery rates are from £4.50.

Returns Information
The returns procedure for your accessory depends on how long it is since you bought it.
Less than 14 days
If you are unhappy with the accessory you purchased from us online; and provided you haven't used it or opened it, you can return it to us using the address below for a full refund. This should be done within 14 working days of receipt of the accessory. This is in accordance with the Distance Sales Regulations.
Less than 30 days
If your accessory becomes faulty within the first 30 days of purchase, then you are entitled to a fully boxed replacement accessory or a refund - whichever you prefer. To avail of either a refund or a new replacement accessory, you must send your accessory back to us using the address below.
More than 30 days
If you accessory becomes faulty after 30 days and it is within the warranty period applicable to the accessory, you can return it to us using the address provided on the returns leaflet. Provided the fault is not excluded under the terms of the warranty, we will give you an immediate replacement.
As a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
If you wish to receive a refund for a purchase or a replacement within the first 30 days and you are returning a Contour Design product only, please send it back to us using the following address:

If you wish to receive a refund for a purchase or a replacement within the first 30 days and you are returning any product other than a Contour Design item, then please email us at customer.care@enhanceyours.com.
We require you to do this so we can then reply with a special returns form that will then need to be attached to the outside of the returned package.
Please include the returns leaflet that comes with your purchase when returning your item. Please ensure the leaflet includes the reason for your return within the reason box on the leaflet.
If you no longer have this leaflet then CLICK HERE to download it. This leaflet is only to be used for the return of Contour Design products.
We also advise that you get a receipt when returning your item by post.
Enhance Yours.com will not pay the postal fee for the return item however we will pay for the replacement item shipping fees.
